Where does LM Scientific ship?
We ship rotary evaporators, glass reactors, chillers, molecular distillation systems and drying ovens worldwide, with a strong focus on North America (U.S. and Canada). Ocean freight, air freight, customs documentation and final-mile logistics are coordinated in English. Tell us your destination port and we'll quote the freight scope.
What voltages can you supply (110V / 220V / 380V)?
Most models ship in the voltage you request. Smaller rotary evaporators, vacuum pumps and reactors are typically 110V or 220V single-phase. Larger chillers, molecular distillation systems and centrifuges require 240V single-phase or 380V three-phase; a transformer may be needed depending on your facility. We'll confirm the right configuration during quoting.
Do you offer explosion-proof configurations for hazardous-area installations?
Yes. Rotary evaporators, jacketed glass reactors, chillers and chiller/heater circulators are available in standard and advanced explosion-proof configurations with EX motors and control boxes, suitable for cannabis, solvent extraction and pharmaceutical facilities. We can match the build to C1D1 / C1D2 (North America) or ATEX / IECEx-equivalent requirements.
What is the typical lead time and shipping time?
Standard configurations ship in 2-4 weeks from order. Ocean freight from Zhengzhou to U.S. West Coast is typically 30-40 days; East Coast 40-50 days. Europe, South America and Asia-Pacific destinations vary. Air freight is available for urgent projects. Share your destination and we'll quote a specific lead time.
Do you provide installation and training?
We provide online video installation guidance, remote troubleshooting and detailed operation manuals in English. For larger orders, on-site engineering support can be arranged. OEM customers receive extended technical support as part of the project.
What warranty do your products come with?
All products carry a 1-year quality guarantee from the date of shipment, with dedicated after-sales support, spare parts supply and remote video diagnostics available throughout the life of the instrument.
