Batch size and throughput

Clarify target batch volume, cycle time and annual throughput. Rotovap and reactor sizing flow directly from these numbers.

Facility voltage and hazloc

Confirm 110V / 220V / 380V supply and whether the installation is C1D1, C1D2 or non-hazardous — this determines explosion-proof spec.

Workflow integration

Reactors pair with chiller/heaters, rotovaps pair with chillers and vacuum pumps. We recommend matched combinations to avoid bottlenecks.
